Once your referral has been received. The main parent/guardian will be contacted within 48 hours to make arrangements for a parent interview. 

The parent interview is approx. 60 minutes and includes a screening questionnaire to assess your child's suitability. 

1-to-1 play therapy sessions take place once a week. The duration of each session is 40 minutes. It is recommended that a minimum of 12 - 15 sessions are required.

Short or long term support will be discussed during the parent interview.  

A maximum of 4 children within a group. The group is formed based on each child presenting similar issues/difficulties.

The duration of each session is 60 minutes, once a week. It is recommended that the sessions run over a 12 week period.

Parents/guardians are offered reviews and an end meeting to discuss their child's progress. A written report is generated once play therapy sessions are complete.

Please note that, the initial consultation is 60 minutes, if more time is needed, there will be an additional charge. Also, parent reviews, end meetings and reports come at an additional charge. 

 Private clients make payments in advance by bank transfer or cash.
